For this excursion, you'll depart from Rovaniemi, visit a reindeer farm and embark on a reindeer sledding ride in the wilderness. This option includes a long 15-minute ride.
Course of events
- Arrive at the starting point in Rovaniemi
- Meet the guide and drive to the reindeer farm in the wilderness
- Meet the reindeer
- Receive winter clothing (overalls, boots, gloves) and safety instructions
- The long reindeer sledding ride begins!
- Ride through the forest (approximately 15 minutes)
- Return to the farm
- Interact with and feed the reindeer
- Enjoy hot drinks and snacks
- Return drive to the starting point in Rovaniemi
