Practical information
Take part in 3 group surf lessons of 2 hours each on the beach at Moliets. This option is ideal if you want to start surfing or brush up on the basics in a small group of no more than 8 participants!
Course of events
Please allow 2.5 hours on site, including 2 hours in the water for each lesson.
- Arrive on site and meet your instructor
- Discussion with the instructor to determine the aspects to be worked on during the course
- Briefing and equipment
- 2 hours surf lesson
- Debriefing, de-equipping and end of course

Learn the basics of surfing, take-off and surf your first waves!
Activity requirements
You must be able to swim and be in good physical condition to take part in these courses.
