Sporty Canyoning in the Ecot Canyon from La Plagne-Tarentaise

Please allow a total of 8.5 hours for the whole experience.

• Meeting with the instructor at the CanyoniCimes base 15 minutes before the start of the activity (parking on site)
• Briefing on the activity and distribution of canyoning equipment (neoprene 2-piece wetsuit and socks, helmet, harness and canyoning shoes)
• Equipment in the base changing rooms
• Minibus journey to the canyon car park where there are dry toilets (approx. 1 hour and 45 minutes)
• Briefing on safety instructions and use of equipment before the start of the activity
• Departure for a 2h15 to 2h45 canyoning tour down the Ecot Canyon, with jumps of up to 10 metres and natural slides: all the obstacles can be bypassed!
• 20-minute walk back to the minibus
• Meal at the on-site restaurant or picnic depending on your choice
• Return to the base by minibus (approx. 1 hour and 45 minutes)
• De-equipping in the changing rooms, with the chance to shower to end the activity, and then take advantage of the facilities at the base: restaurant, petanque area, etc.

All participants must know how to swim, be in good physical condition and not have any medical contraindications to take part in this activity.

Written parental authorisation is required for minors to participate in this activity.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the activity.

This activity is not accessible to pregnant people or people with reduced mobility.

Pets are not permitted to join in this activity.

A minimum number of 3 participants is required to run this activity.
