Canyoning Discovery at the Eau Rousse Canyon from La Plagne-Tarentaise

Please allow a total of 3.5 to 4 hours for the whole experience.

• Meeting with the instructor at the CanyoniCimes base 15 minutes before the start of the activity (parking on site)
• Briefing on the activity and distribution of canyoning equipment (neoprene 2-piece wetsuit and socks, helmet, harness and canyoning shoes)
• Equipment in the base changing rooms
• Minibus journey to the canyon car park (approx. 20 minutes)
• 15-minute approach walk
• Briefing on safety instructions and use of equipment before the start of the activity
• Departure for a 2-hour canyoning tour down the Eau Rousse Canyon, with jumps up to 5 metres high (all of which can be bypassed), an optional introduction to abseiling, natural slides and lots of other fun workshops
• 2-minute walk back to the minibus
• Return to the base by minibus (approx. 20 minutes)
• De-equipping in the changing rooms, with the chance to shower to end the activity, and then take advantage of the facilities at the base: restaurant, petanque area, etc.

All participants must know how to swim, be in good physical condition and not have any medical contraindications to take part in this activity.

Written parental authorisation is required for minors to participate in this activity without an accompanying adult.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the activity.

This activity is not accessible to pregnant people or people with motor disabilities.

Pets are not permitted to join in this activity.

A minimum number of 3 participants is required to run this activity.
