Stand-up paddle Excursion on the Moray Firth from Cullen

Please allow 2.5 hrs in total on site.

• Meet your instructor at the chosen venue; a sheltered harbour or the beach base depending on the conditions.
• Get changed, get your equipment and listen to important safety information.
• Then you'll hit the water!
• Excursions include Bow Fiddle Rock, Findlater Castle and the bays at Cullen & Sandend.
• Follow your guide for 2 hours and look out for playful dolphins and curious seals!
• Debriefing, de-equipping and end of activity

You must already be a competent paddler to join this SUP tour. This means being able to confidently control the direction of your board and make steady progress. If you're in any doubt, consider taking an introduction to SUP lessons first.

All participants must know how to swim at least 50 meters to take part in this activity.

If you have a particular route you'd prefer please let your guide know, however this is always dependent on the suitability of the day's conditions.

It is recommended you arrive with swimwear on (for under your wetsuit) as it makes it easier to get changed at the beach.
