River Bugging on the River Leven at Kinlochleven, near Fort William

Please plan to spend a total of 3.5 hours on site.

• Welcome to the Vertical Descents base at Kinlochleven, 5 to 10 minutes before the start of the activity
• Fitting safety equipment (wetsuit, helmet and life jacket)
• Briefing on River Bugging, the activity and safety instructions
• Launching River Bugs
• Depart for a 3-hour River Bugging tour down the River Leven, through class 2 to 3 rapids
• At the end of the tour, transfer back to the base
• De-equipping and end of the activity

You don't need to be able to swim to take part in this activity, but you do need to be comfortable in the water.

All minors must be accompanied by an adult.

If you have any specific health problems (asthma, epilepsy, diabetes, etc.), please inform the instructor once your booking has been confirmed.

This activity is not accessible to pregnant people and is not recommended for people with back problems.

A minimum of 2 participants is required to run this activity.

Pets are not permitted to join in this activity.
