Exploration Diving in the Arrábida Marine Reserve from Sesimbra

Please allow 3 hours in total for this activity, including 30 to 45 minutes of diving.

• Meet your professional instructor at the Megadive diving centre
• Equipment
• Board the boat
• Journey to the dive site
• Departure for a 40-minute dive in the Arrábida marine reserve with your professional instructor
• Return to Sesimbra

You must have at least Open Water certification to take part in an exploration dive.

For this activity, you must not have any of the following contraindications (respiratory problems (exertional asthma), heart problems, ENT problems, lung problems, diabetes or epilepsy). If in doubt, don't hesitate to contact us or ask for medical advice.

Parental authorisation is required for minors taking part in the activity without an accompanying adult.

Please arrive on time for the excursion.

A special rate is available for accompanying persons not taking part in the dive.

If you wish to wear contact lenses during your activity, don't hesitate to ask your optician for advice.

This activity is forbidden to pregnant women and people suffering from mental disorders.

Pets are not permitted for this activity.
