First Dive in the Arrábida Marine Reserve from Sesimbra

Please allow 3 hours in total for this activity, including 30 to 45 minutes of diving.

• Meet your professional instructor at the Megadive diving centre
• Signature of administrative formalities
• Brief theoretical training with an explanation of the method, safety standards and equipment needed to carry out the activity.
• Equipment
• Board the boat
• Journey to the dive site
• Depart for a 40-minute dive in the Arrábida marine reserve with your professional instructor to accompany you in the water
• Return to Sesimbra

You need to be able to swim to take part in this activity.

For this activity, you must not have any of the following contraindications (respiratory problems (exertional asthma), heart problems, ENT problems, lung problems, diabetes or epilepsy). If in doubt, don't hesitate to contact us or ask for medical advice.

Parental authorisation is required for minors taking part in the activity without an accompanying adult.

Please arrive on time for the excursion.

You will not be able to fly within 18 hours of your first dive.

A special rate is available for accompanying persons not taking part in the dive.

If you wish to wear contact lenses during your activity, don't hesitate to ask your optician for advice.

This activity is forbidden to pregnant women and people suffering from mental disorders.

Pets are not permitted for this activity.
