Practical information
Excursion of around 3 hours on an electric bike in the Trossachs, with a visit to a local farm and ice-cream tasting, all led by a professional local guide.
- Maximum 6 participants per group.
- Accessible to beginners.
You should allow around 3.5 hours in total for this activity, depending on the level of your group and the number of stops.
- Meet your guide.
- Bike preparation.
- Climb the observation tower and discover the history of Loch Katrine.
- Start of the guided electric bike tour, with stops to share comments and take photos.
- Stop off at Achray Farm to meet the farmer and her goats, find out how ice cream is made and taste the products.
- Cycle back to Loch Katrine.
You need to know how to ride a bike and be in good physical condition to take part in this activity.
A minimum of 2 participants is required for the activity to take place.
Due to legal restrictions in the UK, only children over the age of 14 are allowed to ride electric bikes.
This activity is not recommended for pregnant women.
Participants will be required to provide emergency contact details, relevant medical information and sign a waiver.
Pets are not allowed on the tour.
