First Scuba Dive in Bastia, Corsica

Please allow 2 hours for the whole activity.

• Welcome at the Corsica Sub diving centre in Bastia 15 minutes before the start of the activity
• Introduction to the diving instructors and the course of the activity
• Diving equipment distributed directly on the dock (no porterage)
• Wetsuit equipment in separate men's and women's changing rooms in the harbour master's office, just next door
• Boarding the boat
• Briefing on safety and the basics of scuba diving during the navigation to the dive site (5 to 15 minutes)
• Launch with a dedicated instructor for each diver
• Immerse yourself in the clear waters of Cap Corse for a 20-minute first dive up to a maximum depth of 6 metres
• Back on board the boat, you can snorkel on your own while the other divers take their first dive (up to a maximum of 45 minutes), under the supervision of an instructor on board the boat
• Sailing back to Bastia's Old Port (5 to 15 minutes)
• Disembarkation, return of equipment and de-equipping in the changing rooms, where showers are available
• Debriefing of the experience with a fresh drink and receipt of your first dive diploma to the end of the activity

All participants need to be able to swim to take part in this activity.

Written parental authorisation is required for minors to participate in this activity without an accompanying adult.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the activity: no delay of more than 5 minutes will be tolerated, as the boat leaves at a fixed time.

This activity is not accessible to pregnant people.
