Exploration Diving at Santa Maria, Cape Verde

Please allow around 3 hours in total for this activity, including 2 dives of 40 minutes each.

• Transfer from your hotel/accommodation at 8.15 am.
• Arrival at the dive centre.
• Administrative formalities.
• Testing the equipment.
• Operational briefing.
• Board the boat and travel to the dive site (5 to 10 minutes).
• Two consecutive dives.
• Return to the dive centre (5 to 10 minutes) and then to your hotel/accommodation.

You need to be able to swim to take part in this activity.

This activity is reserved for certified divers. You must be able to present a valid certification to carry out the activity.

To dive, you must not have any of the following contraindications (respiratory problems (exertional asthma), heart problems, ENT problems, lung problems, diabetes or epilepsy). If in doubt, don't hesitate to contact us or ask for medical advice.

If you have any health problems, a medical form must be presented on the day of the activity.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult. If they are not, they must show parental authorisation to take part.

Only divers may board the boat. Accompanying persons are not allowed on board.

The transfer service is only available from the city of Santa Maria. Please be ready 5 minutes in advance for departure.

Participants who wear glasses can bring their own mask adapted to their eyesight. Alternatively, ask your optician if you would like to wear contact lenses during the activity.

Pregnant women and people with mental or physical disabilities are not allowed to take part in this activity.

Pets are not allowed on site.
