It is recommended that you call Niagara Helicopters at (905)357-5672 or 1-800-281-8034 before you come to check the weather conditions, as well as the opening hours: in order to take off, a minimum cloud base of 2,400 feet and visibility of at least 3 miles are required. The weather often changes throughout the day, so if helicopters are not flying in the morning, they may fly in the afternoon or later in the evening.
The seating within the helicopter is weight and balance distributed for passenger safety. Factors involved in seating distribution include, fuel amount/ weight, individual passenger weight, and total number of passengers per flight. The helicopter has weight distributed evenly throughout the cockpit so that the helicopter can safely take off and land. For passenger safety no seating can be guaranteed ahead of time.
