Experience a real immersion in the world of caving at the Fontaine de Champclos thanks to this activity with bivouac available all year round!

Course of events

You will enter the cave in the late afternoon and leave in the late morning of the following day.

Day 1 :

  • Participants meet the guide in the car park at 5pm.
  • Preparation of the the bags.
  • Departure.
  • Entrance in the cave.
  • Dropping off equipment at the bivouac site.
  • Exploration of the Egyptian meander loop.
  • Meal at the bivouac around 9pm.
  • Night in bivouac.

Day 2 :

  • Wake-up around 9am.
  • Breakfast.
  • Preparation of the bags.
  • Get back to the surface.
  • Back to the car park by noon.
Activity requirements

You need to be in good physical condition to take part in this activity.

Maximum weight: 96 kg (211 lbs).

Minors under 18 must be accompanied by an adult.

Special terms

In the event of a medical problem, please inform the guide in advance and bring any medication you may need with you during the activity (ventolin, insulin, etc.).

Pregnant women, people with motor disabilities and infants are not allowed to take part in this activity.

Pets are not allowed.
