Freediving Discovery in Moorea Lagoon

- Welcome on the pontoon of the Moorea Blue Diving centre at the Manava Beach Resort & Spa

- Briefing on the activity and safety instructions

- Boarding the boat and sailing to the first snorkelling site (approx. 30 minutes)

- Start of the freediving discovery lesson, including a theoretical part (15 minutes), a static freediving session with breathing exercises and total immersion in the water (30 minutes), as well as a deeper freediving session (1.5 hours)

- Return navigation, followed by a debriefing (about 30 minutes) before the end of the activity

All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.

Written parental authorisation is required for minors to participate in this activity without an accompanying adult.

A minimum of 3 participants is required to run this activity.

This activity is not accessible to pregnant people, people with mental/psychic/cognitive disabilities and people with epilepsy.

If you wish, you can buy a video souvenir of your activity on site for an extra €30 (please ask the instructor once your booking has been confirmed).
