Surfing Lesson at Le Helleux in Sainte-Anne, Guadeloupe

• Welcome at the ESG (Guadeloupe Surf School) base on the Helleux spot 15 minutes before the start of the activity (free parking on site)
• Handing over of the surfing equipment (board adapted to your weight, level and objectives, as well as anti-uv lycra and water shoes)
• Technical briefing on the sand to understand the basics of surfing, safety and the specific characteristics of the spot, with personalised advice to maximise your success during the lesson
• Dynamic warm-up on the beach focusing on mobility, coordination and essential surfing movements
• Start of 1.5 hours of practice in the water: the session begins with exercises adapted to master the basics (positioning, balance and catching waves), with personalised advice at each stage and after each wave surfed to help you progress at your own pace
• Debriefing of the session on the beach with your instructor to analyse your successes and areas for improvement and receive recommendations for your next surf sessions
• Return of equipment to the base, planning of your next lesson and end of the activity

All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.

Written parental authorisation is required for minors to participate in this activity without an accompanying adult.
