Practical information

A dog sledding excursion near Quebec City, on the trails of a private forest for 1 hour, followed by unlimited time with the dogs in the kennel.

Course of events

- Check-in at Passion Husky reception

- Meeting with your team and your guide, who will assign you your seats in the sleds (driver or passenger)

- Briefing on the activity and safety instructions, with training on how to drive the sled

- Departure for a 1-hour dog sled ride in Passion Husky's private forest in Lévis

- Back at the base, petting the dogs to congratulate them and taking photos

- Debriefing of the adventure with the guide over a warm drink

- Free time at your discretion to meet the other dogs, go for a snowshoe walk in the forest or have another hot drink before finishing your activity

Activity requirements

Minimum driver age and weight: 12 years / 110 lbs (50 kg)

Maximum weight per sled: 350 to 400 lbs (158/180 kg)

Written parental authorisation is required for minors to participate in this activity without an accompanying adult.

Special terms

This activity is not recommended for pregnant women or infants.

Pets are not permitted to join in this activity.

The composition of the group and the places on the sleds are at the guide's discretion.

It is possible to book a VIP sled (one driver, no passengers) subject to availability and on request (supplement payable on site).

If required, the team can lend coats, snow trousers and boots (no gloves, hats or sunglasses/ski goggles).

A transfer can be arranged directly with Passion Husky from Terminus Lagueux (last stop on the L3 line of the STL, Système de Transport de Lévis) for an additional $45 (rate for up to 4 people).
