PADI Open Water Diver Diving Course from Los Cristianos, Tenerife

In this PADI Open Water Diver course you will learn

- Basic knowledge of diving, such as buoyancy, pressure and the laws of diving basics.

- Underwater skills, such as mask handling, regulator and buoyancy control, underwater mobility and pressure equalisation.

- Practical diving exercises in shallow water (pool) and deep water (ocean)

- Recognition of ideal diving conditions, tides and how to protect dive sites

For this activity, you must not have any of the following contraindications (respiratory problems (exertional asthma), heart problems, ENT problems, lung problems, diabetes or epilepsy). If you have any doubts, do not hesitate to contact us or ask for medical advice.

All participants must be able to swim to take part in this activity.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult.

This activity is not recommended for pregnant or disabled people.

The duration and itinerary of the activity varies depending on weather conditions.

Your instructor offers a pick-up service for €2 per person from the Puerto Santiago or El Médano area and €15 per car from Los Gigantes. To schedule this, please contact your instructor once your booking is confirmed.

Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive the theory materials that you will need to study and complete BEFORE your dive course.
