  • 400 metres maximum ascent
Course of events

Please allow a total of 7 hours for this activity, including 3 hours' walking excluding breaks.

  • Appointment to be determined.
  • You will be briefed by your experienced guide on the planned itinerary and safety instructions.
  • Departure for an exploration of the Meije region facing the high peaks of the Écrins, with a lunch break at the Pic du Mas de La Grave refuge.
  • Discover the natural and human environment with your enthusiastic guide.
  • Back to the starting point.
Activity requirements

Participants should be able to complete a 3-hour hike with a 400m ascent.

A minimum of 4 participants is required for this activity to take place.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult to take part.


Special terms

We recommend that you take out personal accident insurance covering mountain sports at any altitude.

Don't forget to let us know if you are receiving any special treatment and/or are under medical supervision.

People with motor, mental/psychic or cognitive disabilities, infants and pets are not allowed to take part in this activity.
