Follow an experienced and certified guide as you go canyoning in Ribeira das Quelhas on this amazing 2 to 3-hour circuit! See the stunning natural world of the Serra da Lousã, in Portugal, and spend a few hours in a sportive and incredibly fun activity with this canyoning excursion.

- 10km drive to Coentral Grande, where you can park your car

- 10-15-minute walk along the Ribeira das Quelhas walkways to reach the canyoning starting point
- Safety and technical briefing
- Begin of the 650m and 2-3 hour canyon descent!
- Exit the river close to where you left your car
- Equipment return and end of activity
- Go for a bite or a drink with your instructors to debrief (optional and not included in the price)
All minors must be accompanied by an adult.
All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.
The maximum weight for this activity is 120kg.
The maximum age for this activity is 75.
Good physical condition is essential for canyoning. The minimum requirement is to be able to walk easily for 2 hours on difficult terrain, and to have stable feet.
You must wear one pair of sports shoes (without flat soles) for the canyoning activity. Shoes will get wet, so don't forget to take a second pair of shoes to change into after the activity.
If you suffer from vertigo (not fear of heights), canyoning is not necessarily recommended.
This activity is not recommended for pregnant or disabled people.
