Practical information
A 45-minute private ice driving lesson in a Mercedes car at l'Alpe d'Huez.
- 10 minutes of theory
- 35 minutes of practice
Course of events
- Arrival on site.
- A ten-minute briefing in the school's vehicle (or your own if you wish).
- Demonstration by your instructor specialising in ice driving on the Alpe d'Huez circuit.
- Then, it's your turn to get behind the wheel and practise.
- End of the activity.
Activity requirements
You don't need a driving licence to take part, but you do need to have some practical driving experience.
Special terms
Minors aged 15 and over can take part with parental authorisation if they are accompanied drivers.
Accompanying persons may not ride in the car, but are allowed on the circuit.
