Practical information

- Introduction to snorkelling and snorkelling techniques
- The adventure begins!
- Snorkelling in Silfra (45 minutes underwater, 2 hours of preparation and warm-up after the swim)
- Return transfer to the original departure point in Reykjavik (approximately 1.5 hours)
Please be advised that knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity.
Pregnant people are not advised to participate in this activity.
The minimum and maximum height for this activity are: 150 cm - 200 cm (5 ft - 6.5 ft) and the minimum and maximum height for this activity are: 45 kg - 120 kg (99 lbs - 265 lbs).
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
In addition, the maximum age for this activity is 69. If you are aged 60 or over, you are required to bring medical documentation allowing you to participate as well as signing a medical waiver to participate in this snorkelling excursion.

If you are 45 and partake or have partaken in pipe smoking or heavy alcohol intake, you will be required to sign a medical waiver to participate in this activity.
Please note that should you have any neurological, circulatory or respiratory problems or underlying diseases, battled any illnesses or have any physical problems you might have to bring a doctor's certificate to participate in this tour.
