Practical information
On this excursion, you'll depart from Rovaniemi and experience ice floating on an Arctic lake beneath the Northern Lights.
- Pick-up from your chosen point in Rovaniemi (please specify when booking)
- Drive to the Arctic lake in the wilderness (approximately 25 minutes)
- Receive safety briefing and instructions
- Receive thermal floating suit
- The ice floating adventure begins!
- Swim and float on the frozen lake
- Admire the Northern Lights
- Enjoy hot drinks and snacks
- Return drive to the original pick-up point in Rovaniemi (approximately 25 minutes)
Participants must be at least 150 cm (4'9") to fit into the thermal floating suit.
Please be advised that as the Northern Lights are an unpredictable natural phenomenon, their presence can never be guaranteed.
