Self-drive Dog Sledding Excursion in Kvaløya from Tromsø

- Arrive at the starting point in Tromsø (please arrive 15 minutes in advance)

- Board the minibus

- Drive to the kennel in Kvaløya (approximately 30 minutes)

- Meet the guide

- Explore the kennel and meet the dogs

- Receive winter clothing (winter overalls, winter boots, hat, and mittens)

- Safety briefing and demonstration for self-drive dog sledding

- The dog sledding adventure begins!

- Drive your own sled in pairs (approximately 1 hour 20 minutes)

- Stop for breaks

- Return to the kennels

- Enjoy hot drinks and snacks

- Learn about the Alaskan Husky breed

- Return drive to the starting point in Tromsø (approximately 30 minutes)

Please note that a good physical fitness level is required as you will need to help the dogs push the sled.

In addition, each participant is expected to arrive 15 minutes in advance to the meeting point.
