Practical information
On this excursion during the winter months, you'll be driven from Stavanger to Lysefjord and embark on a 5-hour hike at Pulpit Rock.
- Pick-up from your accommodation in Stavanger (please specify your location upon booking)
- Drive through Jørpeland and an undersea tunnel (approximately 40 minutes)
- Arrive at the hike base camp
- Safety and itinerary briefing
- The hiking adventure begins!
- Hike to the top of Pulpit Rock, with breaks (approximately 2.5 hours)
- Arrive at the top and admire the view
- Hike back to the base camp (approximately 2.5 hours)
- Free time to purchase food or souvenirs
- Return drive to your accommodation in Stavanger (approximately 40 minutes)
Total hiking distance: approximately 8 km / 5mi (5 hours)
Participants must be in good physical condition.
