Overnight Dog Sledding Experience in Sälen

DAY 1

- Arrival at the meeting point in Sälen (please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time)

- Meet your experienced instructor

- Safety and itinerary briefing

- Pack your gear

- Assemble the dog sledding teams

- Introduction to dog sledding and dog sled driving techniques

- Meet the huskies

- The adventure begins!

- Set out through the mountains to the charming Vålbrändan Farmhouse

- Arrival before sunset

- Fed the huskies and set up their bedding

- Unpack your gear

- Delicious dinner

- Relaxing sauna option

DAY 2

- Feed the huskies at sunrise

- Hearty breakfast

- Pack your gear

- Return to the original departure point in Sälen through the mountains

- Say goodbye to your four-legged friends

Please inform the instructor of any health conditions that may impact the tour.

A minimum of 3 participants is required to run this excursion.

Dressing in multiple warm layers of clothing is highly recommended.

Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time.

Parking is available at the restaurant 'Appetito'.

If you have any dietary restrictions, please list them when booking.

In addition, during this experience, participants sleep in tents but have access to a cosy cabin and sauna.

Alcohol is not provided but you are welcome to bring your own.

Arrival in Sälen the next day is from 1-2 p.m.
