Please arrive 15 minutes before the start of the activity.
Please inform your instructor of any medical conditions when booking.
All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.
You must not have any medical contraindications to take part in this activity
This activity is not accessible to pregnant, disabled people or pets.
All participants must sign an insurance waiver on-site.
