Practical information
This course is meant for kids from 6 to 11 years old. No prior knowledge of sailing nor swimming is required.
This course is one week long.
Each day, the course will last about 6.5 hrs from 8:30 am to 3:00 pm.
The courses start and end at the port des Pâquis.
A week to learn to sail with a crew with the main goal of finding the treasure of the lake! Each day, a clue and a piece of map will be found... will the mysterious treasure be discovered ?
Your child will learn :
- To recognise the wind
- To trim the sails
- To manoeuvre a sailboat in a safe environment
The course will be in French and/or English (possibility of mixed languages groups depending on the number of participants).
If the weather is not suitable for sailing, lessons still take place and other activities linked to navigation are organized, such as nautical knots.
