- Safety and itinerary briefing
- The adventure begins!
- 1 km (0.6 miles) uphill hike to the Via Ferrata departure point
- Break
- Safety review and introduction to Via Ferrata and climbing techniques
- Put on your equipment (harness and helmet)
- Instructor double-checks equipment and hooks you into the rope
- The adventure continues!
- 2 hours of climbing on the Via Ferrata course
- Short walk to the Arctic Dome
- Break with hot and cold beverages
- Hike to Trolltunga
- Arrival
- Break and photos
- Walk back to the Arctic Dome
- Dinner
- Relaxing evening
DAY 2
- Optional walk to Trolltunga
- Breakfast
- Pack your belongings
- Leisurely downhill hike back to the departure point in Skjeggedal

Please be advised that all participants must be in good physical condition and not afraid of heights.
This activity is not suitable for those with knee problems.
In addition, please inform your instructor of any health condition that may impact the excursion.
A minimum of 2 participants is required to run this tour.
The minimum weight for this via Ferrata excursion is 40 kg (88 lbs) and the maximum weight is 120 kg (264 lbs).
Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time.
Since the weather can change quickly in the mountains, please bring warm layers, rain gear, and extra clothing.
If you have any dietary restrictions, please list them when booking.
Please note that the Arctic Domes have drop toilets outside but no showers or electricity.
The hiking portion of the excursion is labelled as 'advanced'.
