Practical information
- Meet the instructor at the meeting point
- Participants are kitted out and given a quick briefing on safety instructions and advice on overcoming obstacles
- 20-minute approach walk
- Start of the aquatic tour in the Haut Chassezac canyon, lasting around 4? hours. Jumps are not compulsory
- 30-minute return walk to the starting point
- De-equipping and end of the activity around 3:30pm
Being in good physical condition is required to take part in this activity, but no previous experience is required.
You must not have any medical contraindications to take part in this activity.
All participants must know how to swim to take part in this activity.
Maximum weight: 120kg.
A minimum of 4 participants is required to run this activity.
Please arrive 10 minutes before the beginning of the activity.
One guide is required for a group of 10 people maximum.
Pets are not allowed to join in this activity.
