- Old power station visit

- Walk to the via Ferrata departure point

- Receive your equipment (helmet and harness)

- Introduction to via Ferrata and climbing techniques

- Safety review

- Instructor double-checks equipment and hooks you into the rope

- 400-metre (1,312-foot) climb

- Congratulations, you've reached the top!

- Break

- Return to the original departure point in Tyssedal

Activity requirements

Please be advised that all participants must be in good physical condition and not afraid of heights.

This activity is not suitable for those with knee problems.

In addition, please inform your instructor of any health condition that may impact the excursion.

A minimum of 2 participants is required to run this tour.

The minimum weight for this via Ferrata excursion is 40 kg (88 lbs) and the maximum weight is 120 kg (264 lbs).
