Practical information
- Arrival at the meeting point in Skjeggedal (please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time)

- 1 km (0.6 miles) hike uphill to the via Ferrata departure point

- Put on your equipment
- Introduction to via Ferrata, climbing techniques, and safety
- Instructor double-checks equipment and hooks you into the rope
- 200-metre (656-foot) climb
- Congratulations, you've reached the top!
- Lunch break
- 3 km (1.8 miles) hike to Trolltunga

Please be advised that all participants must be in good physical condition and not afraid of heights.
This activity is not suitable for those with knee problems.
In addition, please inform your instructor of any health condition that may impact the excursion.
A minimum of 2 participants is required to run this tour.
The minimum weight for this via Ferrata excursion is 40 kg (88 lbs) and the maximum weight is 120 kg (264 lbs).
Please arrive at the meeting point 15 minutes before the departure time.
Since the weather can change quickly in the mountains, please bring warm layers, rain gear, and extra clothing.
It is strongly recommended that participants bring a hearty packed lunch, bananas, nuts, and other snacks to recharge. Also, water fill-up spots are available.
This tour covers a distance of 24-28 km (14-17 miles) with an 800-metre (2,624 feet) ascent.
