Hiking with Dogs at Saint-François-de-Sales, near Aix-les-Bains

- Welcome at the Nordicéa base at Saint-François-de-Sales

- Presentation of the base and the sled dogs

- Allocation of 1 dog per participant and pair (pair = only 2 children OR 1 adult + 1 child): dog of size, character and power suited to each participant/pair

- Departure for a 3-hour hike with the dogs on the trails of the Massif des Bauges, with a short break halfway through

- Hike debriefing with the instructor and end of the activity

Maximum weight: 198 lbs (90 kg)

Children under 9 years old and/or weighing less than 66 lbs/30 kg must take part in the activity in pairs with another child or an adult.

A minimum number of 3 participants is required to run this activity.

Participants must not have any medical contraindications to take part in this activity: previous injury, asthma and/or allergies to animal hair.

This activity is not accessible to pregnant people.

Pets are not permitted to join in this activity.

Out of respect for the dogs, the activity times are adapted to allow them to benefit from the coolest possible temperatures so that they can run in the best possible conditions without any risk to their health, in accordance with their Nordic breed physiology.
