Guided Bike Ride in the Marais Poitevin with a Traditional Boat Tour

- Welcome at the Original Vélo Tour lorry in the car park of Maillezais Abbey 15 minutes before the start of the activity

- Presentation of the outing and the guide with handover of equipment

- Departure for a day's cycling (approx. 7.5 hours, over 15 km / 9 miles) including a visit to Maillezais Abbey, a 1-hour traditional boat tour, a picnic break (water and bread included, prepared by a caterer with a starter of farci maraichin, a main course of Vendée cured ham and a salad of mogettes du marais with vinaigrette, a cheese of tender cows from the Union laitière de la Venise Verte, and a dessert of homemade brioche with coffee/tea) and a visit to the La Cibulle craft brewery

- Return to the lorry, return of equipment and end of the activity

All participants over 5 years old must know how to ride a bike to take part in this activity.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Please arrive 15 minutes before the departure time.

A minimum number of 2 participants is required to run this activity.

This activity is free for children under 5 who can take part in the activity in a Babyvan children's trailer: if you require a Babyvan for your outing, please let the guide know by contacting him once your booking has been confirmed.
