- Introduction to scuba diving, scuba diving theory, and scuba diving techniques

- Practice underwater breathing with the equipment on the surface

- 30-40 minute dive with your instructor

- Return to the original departure point in Epidaurus

Please be advised that all participants must know how to swim and be in good physical condition.

Please note that the total time spent scuba diving ranges from 30-40 minutes at a maximum depth of 5 metres (16.4 feet).
