Coasteering Excursion from Ålesund

- Arrival at the meeting point in Alesund

- Meet your experienced instructor

- Receive your gear (wet suit, wet jacket, shoes, life jacket, and helmet)

- Set out to the starting point in Tueneset (transfers to and from the starting point are available upon request, please see special terms)

- Arrival

- Put on your gear

- Safety and itinerary briefing

- Introduction to coasteering and climbing techniques

- The adventure begins!

- Climb, traverse, swim, and/or cliff jump

- Return to the original meeting point in Alesund

Please be advised that all participants must know how to swim.

In addition, pregnant people and those with health concerns are not recommended to participate in this activity.

All children must be accompanied by an adult.

Please note that each coasteering excursion is adapted to the wishes and skill levels of the group.

If you wish to book transportation to and from the starting point, please contact the provider directly.

Also, cliff jumping is not a requirement for this activity. Participants can choose to opt-out.
