The exact route will vary on the day depending on the group and the weather conditions.
Please note that basic swimming skills are required for this activity.
For this activity, you must not have any respiratory problems (exertional asthma), heart problems, ENT problems, lung problems, diabetes or epilepsy.
Please note you are not allowed to fly for up to 24 hours after your last dive.
