Course of events
- Arrive at the starting point in Stockholm
- Receive safety briefing and windsurfing equipment
- The windsurfing course begins!
- Theory and safety techniques, begin on the water (approximately 3 hours)
- Break (approximately 1 hour)
- Learn sailing techniques and balance (approximately 3 hours)
- Return to the starting point
