Practical information
- Meeting with the crew at the Old Port of Saint-Raphaël 10 minutes before the start of the cruise
- Boarding of the catamaran followed by a presentation of the ship, the crew and safety measures
- Departure for a 3.5-hour cruise first to the Île d'Or or Baie d'Agay
- Around 8.30 p.m., anchor for a 30-minute swim before sunset, aperitif (punch planteur, soft drinks with savoury snacks), then dinner on board the boat: buffet with an appetiser (black olive tapenade and Andalusian gazpacho), 'fresh' salads (fusilli salad, tomatoes, pesto, parmesan, rocket + oriental tabbouleh with mint + Greek salad: tomatoes, feta cheese, cucumbers, olives), seafood dishes (king prawns flambéed with pastis a la plancha) and Esterel dishes (chicken aiguillettes with Provencal herbs a la plancha), a cheese duo (Comté cheese and Brie), dessert (fruit salad and salted butter caramel muffins) and drinks (unlimited soft drinks, Provencal wines (white, rosé, red))
- Anchor in the bay of Saint-Raphaël to see the fireworks from the catamaran at 10 p.m.
- Return to the Old Port of Saint-Raphaël around 11 p.m., disembark and finish the activity
