Catamaran Cruise from Saint-Raphaël to Cape Roux, Esterel creeks

- Meeting with the crew at the Old Port of Saint-Raphaël 10 minutes before the start of the cruise

- Boarding of the catamaran followed by a presentation of the ship, the crew and safety measures

- Departure for an 8-hour cruise to the Esterel creeks

- Around 12 p.m., anchoring the catamaran in the Esterel creeks for a swim and an aperitif (punch planteur, soft drinks and savoury snacks)

- Lunch break at 12.30 p.m.

For drinks: Lemonade - detox juice - multifruit orange or pineapple - punch - still water - san pellégrino - coffee - tea
To eat:
fusili tomato pesto parmesan rocket salad
lentil salad with red onion
coleslaw salad

- Around 2 p.m., continuation of the tour of the Esterel creeks, with a stop at anchor for a swim and a snack (salted butter caramel muffins) at the Île d'Or

- Return to the Old Port of Saint-Raphaël at the end of the afternoon, disembark and finish the activity
