Practical information
Descent of the Baoussous Canyon at Céret for 2.5 hours (allow around 4 hours of activity in total) including:
- abseiling from 4 to 17 metres;
- optional jumps;
- white water swimming;
- natural slides up to 7 metres;
- a ‘splash’ zip line.
- Meeting with the instructor at the free Pont du Diable car park in Céret
- Handing over of canyoning equipment (neoprene wetsuit, helmet, harness, etc.)
- Departure by carpool or minibus for the canyon (7-minute drive)
- Approx. 15-minute approach walk
- Briefing on the descent and safety instructions, then equipment (approx. 30 minutes)
- Departure for the Baoussous Canyon descent lasting 2.5 hours
- Return walk of around 10 minutes
- De-equipping and debriefing (approx. 15 minutes)
- Return to the Pont du Diable car park (7-minute drive) and end of the activity
All participants must know how to swim at least 25 metres and be able to immerse themselves to take part in this activity.
All children must be accompanied by an adult.
Being in good physical condition is required to take part in this activity.
For safety reasons, it is forbidden to go canyoning in water shoes.
Once your booking has been confirmed, please contact the instructor to confirm the meeting time and point.
If you wish, the instructor can provide you with canyoning shoes and/or neoprene socks if you need them on site.
You will be able to retrieve the photos of your activity on a USB key (not supplied, you must bring your own).
