Practical information
A day including an 8 to 10 km sled dog ride as a driver or passenger on the sled, contact with the husky pack and a snowshoe hike
- Meeting at Radisson metro station in Montreal
- Minibus journey with guide/driver to Kinadapt in Rawdon (approx. 1 hour's drive)
- Safety instructions, help with harnessing your sled and introduction to driving the sled
- Departure for an 8 to 10 km dogsled ride
- Return of the sled to the kennel and de-equipping
- Lunch in a sugar shack with the guide who will tell you all about dog sledding
- Guided snowshoe hike with several free dogs
- Dog feeding
- Return to Montreal by minibus (about 1 hour's drive) and end of the experience
Minors must be accompanied by an adult.
Minimum age for driver: 15 years, depending on experience and physical condition (please contact the guide directly for more information)
