First Dive in the Cousteau Reserve from Bouillante, Guadeloupe

- Meeting with the instructors at the training centre

- Briefing on the activity, safety instructions and respect for the environment where you will be diving

- Sailing to the selected dive site according to the sea and weather conditions of the day

- Fitting of your diving equipment by the instructor on board the boat or in the water, depending on your preference

- Immersion for 30 minutes at a maximum depth of 6 metres alongside the diving instructor

- De-equipping your tanks in the water before returning to the boat to debrief the experience

- Navigation back to the training centre where you will receive your first dive certificate and will be able to enjoy a shower

You must not have any medical contraindications to taking up the activity, such as heart, lung or ENT problems (including one-sided deafness), severe asthma or epilepsy.

You do not have to be able to swim to take part.

Minors must be accompanied by an adult on the boat: €25 per accompanying adult if not diving (snorkelling equipment will be provided).

Pregnant people cannot participate in this activity.
