Practical information
Your aerial view: the vast Atlantic ocean, Reykjavík city and it’s tiny islands, lava fields and the geothermal area producing the smoke giving Reykjavík it’s name.
You will explore: the rugged mountains and lava formations of the bay, coastline skimming with possible seal sightings, up-close mountain soaring among birds.
Adrenaline option: optional aerobatic stomach-churning moves (if that’s your cup of tea). If conditions allow you might get to take the wheel (joystick, actually).
You will be in air for a total of 20 mins, however, the overall activity lasts up to 1 1/2 hours from arrival.
All participants under 18 must provide written parental consent.
All participants must weigh between 20 - 120 kg.
Please make sure you're dressed in comfortable outdoor or sports clothing and closed footwear, adapted to the weather conditions.
If you would like to be picked up from your accommodation please let the pilot know as soon as you've booked this activity. For this option you'll have to pay an additional 3000 ISK. The pick-up and drop-off will add an additional hour to your activity time.
