Course of events
- Meeting with the instructors at the meeting point.
- Distribution of the material and brief introduction to the kayak and how to use the paddles.
- Departure with the kayak from Almadrava beach.
- Cap de Creus.
- Murtra cove.
- Rostella cove.
- Cala Calitjàs.
- Montjoi cove.
- Stop to snorkel in one of the coves.
Activity requirements
Knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity.

No previous kayaking experience required.
The family pack is aimed at groups of two adults and one child, who will do the activity in a 3-seater kayak.
