Practical information
This course consists of 5 scuba dives that can be completed at your own pace. Alain does not recommend doing more than 2 dives a day, meaning you can finish the course in 3 days. Alternatively you can split them over 3 weekends or even 1 dive per month – it all depends on you and your availability.
You will learn how to scuba dive safely and how to manage yourself in the water.
You will dive down to a depth of 20 metres in a group whilst being supervised by a certified instructor.
Programme:
· Arrive at the scuba diving centre
· Have a coffee with your instructor
· Quick brief where you will be presented with the equipment you will be using
· Once you’re aboard the boat the activity programme will be explained to you
· Learn the technical scuba diving skills and discover the underwater world at the same time
· Back to the diving centre
· Theory lesson to complement the practical skills you learnt
· You’ll enjoy a snack/drink with the other students
· Complete 5 scuba dives in the sea
· Dive down to a depth of 20 metres in a group under direct supervision of an instructor
· Set up and use your diving equipment
· Manage your buoyancy
You must be at least 12 years old to participate in this activity and have a medical certificate from your doctor dated within the last 3 months stating that you can scuba dive.
This activity is not recommended for pregnant women and people who suffer from heart problems.
To go to Aquatic-Rando it's simple, the shop is in the Marina of Port Fréjus, between the road bridge and pedestrian bridge between the Kokonut and Salombo.
Accommodation may be recommended by Aquatic Rando upon request.
You are not allowed to take a flight on the same day you go diving.
