Practical information
You won't need any previous experience, though a good physical condition is necessary to participate in this amazing initiation canyoning experience down the Rio Verde Canyon. Jump, swim, abseil, and hike as you enjoy the wondrous nature to be found in this Spanish region!

All participants under 18 must provide written parental consent.
You must be able to swim (or at least be comfortable in the water).
If you suffer from vertigo (not fear of heights), canyoning is not necessarily recommended.
Good physical condition is essential for canyoning. The minimum requirement is to be able to walk easily for 2 hours on difficult terrain, and to have stable feet.
You must wear one pair of sports shoes (without flat soles) for the canyoning activity. Shoes will get wet, so don't forget to take a second pair of shoes to change into after the activity.
If you would like to be picked up from your accommodation you will have to pay the additional sum of €10 per person.
No previous experience is required, although a good physical condition is needed.
This activity is not recommended for pregnant or disabled people.
