Practical information
Course of events
- Meet at the Grotte Jeunes car park - Cimetière, St-Etienne, 07200 Saint-Étienne-de-Fontbellon.
- Equipment set up by your instructor.
- Briefing by your instructor on the activity, the equipment and the safety rules.
- Approach walk to the cave of 5 minutes.
- Introduction to caving: narrow passages and crawling for 2 hours.
- Cleaning of wetsuits in the river.
- 5 minute walk back to the meeting point.
Activity requirements
It is imperative to be in good physical condition to do this activity.
Children must be accompanied by an adult.
Special terms
The maximum weight for the wetsuits is 110 kg.
