Introduction to foiling in the bay of Saint-Jean-de-Luz, Basque Country

- Meet at the Socoa Fort - Av. du Commandant Passicot, 64500 Ciboure.
- Welcome and equipment set-up.
- Briefing on the activity, equipment and safety rules.
- Foil surfing session towed behind a boat for 1 hour with the chance to tackle the waves.
- Return to Socoa Fort and debriefing.
- De-equipping and return of equipment.

Repetition of this process over 4 other days.

Knowing how to swim is compulsory for this activity.
