This unique location offers a tropical ambiance with its emerald green pools, spectacular waterfalls reaching up to 40 meters, and an array of jumps and slides. To fully enjoy the gorge, it's important to have a good level of fitness and a calm disposition when it comes to heights.

The entrance to the canyon is reached through a 20-minute ascent along the gorge's edge. Once inside, you'll encounter the thrilling 40-meter waterfall right from the start. One of the highlights of the tour is a remarkable and narrow 15-meter slide that will leave you amazed.

Course of events

1. Meet directly in Gordevio.
2. Begin the tour with a leisurely 30-minute climb through the enchanting chestnut woods of the Valle Maggia.
3. Ascend first, and then descend with care at the highest point, utilizing fixed ropes for added safety.
4. After a comprehensive safety briefing, which emphasizes that jumping and sliding are always optional, engage in abseiling training, a test jump, and a fun slide.
5. Proceed to the first abseiling point, preparing you for the highest and most powerful waterfall on the tour.
6. Experience the thrill of navigating Val Grande, with its playful nature, offering slides and jumps amidst breathtaking rocky landscapes and narrow passages.
7. Overcome the last waterfall, and it's just a short distance back to the car.

Activity requirements

- Good Health Condition: Participants should be in good health. Tour planning takes into account any health impairments, as well as restrictions related to dizziness and swimming skills.
- Minimum Age: 12 years old.
- Number of Participants: At least 2 persons.

- Contact lenses or glasses are no problem with canyoning. As a spectacle wearer, please bring a pair of spectacles and a waterproof case to transport the glasses in the canyon, if necessary.

- Due to unpredictable weather conditions, we reserve the option to change the canyon and start time if necessary.
