- Meeting point in Foix, Vicdessos or Ax-les-Thermes (to be arranged with the guide after booking).
- The guide will welcome you and check your equipment, clothing and footwear.
- Fitting of equipment.
- Approach walk to the cliffs.
- Briefing by your instructor on the activity, equipment and safety rules.
- Climbing session and learning safety techniques: roping up, belaying, etc.
- Return to the meeting point.
- Debriefing of the session.
